YMCA ‘Lessons Filling Fast’ - Terms and Conditions
1. OFFER AND ELIGIBILITY
- This ‘Lessons Filling Fast’ (Promotion) is offered by Victorian YMCA Community Programming Pty Ltd (ABN 75 092 818 445) of 502/990 Whitehorse Rd, Box Hill VIC 3128 (YMCA).
- By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
- The Promotion is available at Ashburton Pool and Recreation Centre, Hawthorn Aquatic and Leisure Centre, Warragul Leisure Centre, South Gippsland SPLASH, Peter Krenz Leisure Centre, Benalla Aquatic Centre, Numurkah Aquatic and Fitness Centre, Coburg Leisure Centre, Brunswick Baths, Fawkner Leisure Centre, Horsham Aquatic Centre (Participating Centres) between the dates and times of 06:00am 24 March to 11:59pm on 31 March 2025 (Promotion Period).
- The Promotion is not valid in conjunction with other offers, unless approved in writing by YMCA.
2. SIGN UP TERMS
- Participants are eligible for two free swimming lessons when sign up occurs in the Promotional Period. A credit will be applied to your account prior to the first debit once you have signed up.
- The Promotion is only available with a minimum commitment term of 12 weeks.
- This Promotion is not applicable to existing swimming lesson members.
- The Promotion is only available at Participating Centres.
- The Promotion is available for Y swimming lessons not for school groups or holiday programs. It is available for infants, pre-school, primary school aged programs and teens etc (exclude schools and school holiday programs).
3. PRIVACY
- YMCA handles all personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy at https://victoria.ymca.org.au/privacy-policys.
4. MISCELLANEOUS
- YMCA reserves the right to amend, cease, extend and / or revoke the Promotion prior to the end of the Promotion Period in its sole discretion and without notice.
- To the extent permitted by law, YMCA will not be liable to any person for any cost, loss, damage, liability, expense or claim arising, whether directly or indirectly, in connection with the Promotion.
- Any dispute or situation not covered by these terms, will be resolved by YMCA management in a manner it deems to be fair (acting reasonably).
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
- Members will be bound by their terms of membership with YMCA. To the extent of any inconsistency between the terms of membership and these Terms, these Terms will take priority.
