Our modern, bright and open indoor aquatics area features several pools that cater to everyone.
Often in Australia when we think of swimming, we think of people enjoying beaches, pools and rivers in the hot weather. Swimming has many benefits, and not only is it an important part of Australian culture, it’s an activity that can be fun all year round!
Swimming can often be a social activity if you go with family, friends or take part in a class. We offer a range of activities including aqua exercise classes.
Lap swimming is a low impact way to tone muscles, build cardiovascular fitness and provide an all-over body workout.
Swimming is also fantastic form of exercise for kids, because they won’t even notice it’s exercise and they’ll still get all the amazing health benefits! Our swimming lessons offer water safety instruction and general fun.
Our swimming areas are supervised by qualified lifeguards at all times and we are an accredited Watch Around Water centre, meaning there are guidelines (see below) that must be followed when visiting us. We also offer accessible facilities including aquatic hoists, disabled changing rooms etc.
So whether you're intested in an aquatic membership or fancy a casual dip (see our casual prices) – come for a swim during our opening hours!
